A New Book From Charles R. Cross » Spaulding Avenue 1992

Kurt Cobain in the living room of his Los Angeles apartment on Spaulding Avenue, spring 1992, a few weeks after marrying Courtney Love in Hawaii. During this period Cobain wrote most of what would become ‘In Utero’, but he also spent a lot of time painting, mixing his own blood, semen and fecal matter in with the traditional acrylics and oils.
